To ensure a smooth and efficient process, customers can request a refund within three (3) days from the date of the transaction. If the refund request is made within this time frame, it will be considered eligible for processing. Any requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Transactions
Certain transactions are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Services that have already been fully or partially rendered.
- Transactions that exceed the three-day request window.
3. Refund Processing
Once a refund request is deemed eligible, the refund process will be initiated within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the transaction. Customers will receive a notification via email once the refund has been successfully processed.
4. Dispute Resolution
If a customer is not satisfied with our response or the resolution provided, we encourage the customer to reach out to our customer service team for further assistance. In the unlikely event that an agreement cannot be reached, the customer has the option to escalate the matter to their financial institution.
5. Changes to This Policy
Energy Gas Hub reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
